All products on Craftylayla are **custom-made DIY items**, and therefore **cannot be returned or refunded**. Please carefully review your order details before placing your order.

Note:

  • • Because all items are customized, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.
  • • Please ensure that your shipping information and order specifications are correct before confirming your purchase.
  • • We also do not accept returns for damaged items caused by misuse after delivery.

Return Process

Since our DIY custom products are **non-returnable**, there is no return process.

Restocking Fee

Not applicable. All products are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, please place a new order.

Return Shipping Charges

Refund Details

Refunds are not available for DIY custom products.

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items

If a product is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within **5 business days of receiving your order** with photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. Please note that this applies only to manufacturing defects, not personal customizations or misuse.

We are not liable for these issues:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or poor maintenance after delivery.
  • Incorrect order information provided by the customer.
  • Loss or damage during shipping once the package has been received by the carrier.
