Processing Your Order
All our DIY custom products are made to order. Once you place an order, we will start processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Information
Craftylayla currently only ships to the United States. Shipping costs and times are listed below:

The total time from placing an order to receiving your package is the sum of order processing time plus shipping time, typically 8–14 business days for U.S. customers.
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once a package is shipped, we cannot control its handling by the carrier.
Craftylayla does not accept returns due to the custom nature of our products. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking your tracking number for the status of your order. Order status guidelines:
Order pending :
- If your order shows as pending, please wait patiently. All orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after placement.
Marked as delivered :
- Check with neighbors, other members of your household, or your building manager in case the package was received by someone else.
- If marked delivered within the last 24 hours, allow an extra day, as carriers sometimes update the status early. Contact us if it hasn't arrived within 48 hours.
Still in transit :
- Carriers may experience delays. If tracking has been updated recently (within 2–3 days), your package should be on the way.
- You can contact your carrier directly for the latest information, as they have the most up-to-date tracking details.
To be delivered :
- If tracking shows delivery pending, contact the carrier for clarification.
- Packages may show pending if delivery conditions are unsafe or if the carrier is experiencing issues.
Taxes, duties, and rates
